I have dealt with Auto Electric Radio, 1841 West Commonwealth, Fullerton, CA 92633, 714-871-7357, 800-321-6970. They will repair your unit or sometimes have units in stock to exchange. For the amps I go directly to Bose. http://www.bose.com/products/auto/faq.html

I forgot to add AER is the place where my local Chevy dealer sends all their work since it is their local Delco repair station. They are a large facility that also handles other brands as well. The last time I was there I also saw someone getting a complete instrument cluster, though I don't remember what car it was from.
