ex manifold bolts falling out?

I just noticed several of my exhaust mainifold bolts are missing (that I can see). weird. Vibrated loose? Are these cars known for this? The threaded holes are shinny on some....recent loss? My question is do these cars come with 16/side like one would think? FSM pp 6A2-33 shows 6 which almost corresponds to the ones I have left....Very wierd....And can you get the spacers anywhere.......thanks

Came like that from the factory.

On my headers i only have 2 per tube across/kiddie corner of each other.

No - exhaust bolts are not falling out. We, the WAZOO gang, have installed 3 or 4 headers and in all cases noted only 6 or so bolts were actually used per side for install at the factory although early LT5s have 16 bolt holes per side and 93+ cars have 14 bolt holes per side (top left and top right has dowels instead of bolt holes).

Thanks to the thick flanges, and very square sealing surfaces, few bolts are required in order to maintain adequate sealing.

Yes when i removed my factory exhaust there was a number of bolts missing. When I put the obx's on I put them all in
