Revison:
Apparently, INFORMATION RE The Bloomington Gold preregistration HAS BEEN REVISED! Here's the latest scoop:
Pre-registration is required to be elegible to park in the "Gold Club" Featured Corvette parking area.
The Registration is $25 per day (not the $15 mentioned before - an error by a BG staff person, (for the record). This includes TWO passes for the day
You MUST PRE-REGISTER BY JUNE 11TH to be elegible to park in the "Gold Club" area. Otherwise (they say) you'll have to park in the general parking.
We need a minimum of 5 pre-registered cars on either Friday or Saturday to anchor the "Gold Club" spot. I think we have 3 so far (on Saturday). A couple more and we're IN!
Contact Kathy at their office at 309-888-4477 or contact Alan Knuckey at 731-618-0620 or send an email to alan@bloomingtongold.com

I just signed up - weather permitting, I'll be there on Friday, otherwise Saturday. As of right now 6-7-2012 1pm Central, there are only 3 cars signed up? Odd I believe, but hey, maybe no one is going. Unless 2 more sign up (according to Kathy), we will not have a designated area on the course.

I'm not sure she has her date's straight, but we need people to step up and registered, or we will loose our Gold Club spot.

Thanks Robert.
I had to leave a message Saturday, but I'll be calling this morning. I'll make some more calls too. Pete said he would sign up, and so did Al. I'll touch base again, in case they got confused by the ever-moving deadline for signup! :censored:

Just FYI ... I got this message from Alan Knuckey so I think we're all set
Good morning. The packets containing your passes to Bloomington Gold as well as the stickers identifying you as Gold Club participants are in the mail this morning. Make sure to have the “Z” sticker displayed so the folks assisting with parking know where to direct you. Have a great week and see you next week at Pheasant Run.

I talked with Alan earlier as we were having problems getting 4 cars registered. He is allowing registration up until tomorrow. I am guessing we are going to have upwards of 15 to 20 corvettes so we need a larger space.
