Is there a way that the WAZOO caravan going to BG can meet up with any Northeast guys?

I am planning to leave on Wednesday (16 May) morning with a planned arrival time in BG about 5:00 PM (local)(BG is Central Time)

My route goes through Cumberland, MD on I-68 to Morgantown, WV, then I-79 West.

Is anybody going that way around that time?

Tomtom and I are heading out early Tuesday morning. Seems we're a day early, but I've never been so I don't mind. Hope my wife doesn't hate me after this trip.

Me, me, me. Please tell me you're bringing yours. David says he only expects three of four wives. My wife was not real pleased to hear that.

Steve

Are you going straight through on Tuesday, or stopping part way on Tuesday night. Once before we met up in Morgantown and traveled together from there on Wednesday. I am just asking, I am not suggesting that you should change you plans.

For the WAZOO folks going to BG, I will be setting up a trip plan and a meet point once we know who is going and if we are going to meet the NE guys.

For planning purposes, in the past we have assembled at a Park and Ride on I-70 west of Frederick Maryland. It is a convienient spot that the MD/northern guys and the VA guys coming up I-270 can get to easily without backtracking.

Jim, we'll be going straight through. Terry (my wife) and I will be leaving about 2:00 Tuesday morning. We hope to pick up Tom about 6:00, then running non stop, except for essentials. I'm guessing 800 to 850 miles for us.

My alarm is set for 1:30. Should be out well before 2:00 and to you guys before 6:30. Looks like it will be raining when we leave. Poor black car (I'm thinking Bertha, never met a Bertha that didn't have a fat a**.) will be a mess.

Me and the wife did 1150 miles yesteday and passed through 9 states. Long day, but not nearly as bad as I expected. We averaged just over 60 mph for the whole trip. Max speed was 107 leaving a construction zone. Let the fun begin.
