View Full Version : Wagner slave fitment issues?

Anyone else experience fitment issues with the Wagner slave cylinder (SC103711)? The stock piece has a flange made out of stamped steel. On the Wagner piece, the whole thing is made out of a casting. It seems like the thicker flange causes the whole thing to sit back a little further, and the boss for the line hits the transmision. There's no way the fitting would screw in.
Anyone have a part number for a slave that they know will fit on a 91?

X3 for the Powertorque from O'reilly. I bought a Wagner from Rock Auto and there was no way that was ever going to work.

Yeah, that's what I got. It's not even close, really.

Similar part-->I took out zirk fitting, mounted unit, then screwed fitting back in. Filling, bleeding was sporty.

I've just been down this road and all the road signs pointed to powertorquesystems and Jim Jandik.
Call Jim ... if your membership in the ZR-1 Net Registry is current, mention this to him ... feel free to mention my name.

Jim Jandik at power torque systems was A+ to work with. His service is top notch, and well worth the price -- which really isn't much more than the junk you get at the parts stores.
