I can't believe these A-Holes try to pull that crap so often. He got what he deserved. It is too bad none shot that lady up here that killed a woman and stole her kid. I guess she will serve some time on death row.

If more law abiding citizens carried guns, these a-holes wouldn't be able to get away with this sort of thing.

Amen to that. Too bad 4 out of 9 supreme court justices disagree with you, along with all the pantywaist liberals.

WRONG. I know a lot of liberals that carry so it's not ALL the liberals. Personally I think it should be law that all adults after 18 without mental issues should be required to own some form of self protection.

There was an old law here in Nevada that REQUIRED you to carry your firearm CONCELED while traveling via public transportation like train or air or bus. How times have changed!!
All but two of the counties here in Nevada do not require any gun registration PERIOD.
The problem isn't carring a weapon, it is if you use it and kill someone. I know the NRA rags have a section called "The Armed Citizen" where they tell the stories of folks who have defended themselves with a firearm. Most of them seem to be in the home defending against a break in. The BEST home defensive weapon is a shotgun. The NRA even teaches this in their Home Self Defense Course. If they still teach it?
Word to the wise. I used to teach this stuff. Be aware that there may be huge consiquenses: criminal, moral and financial that follow the use of deadly force even in self defense. I guess that I am just overly sensitive to how lightly people take the responsibility of carry a weapon.

Here's some more. Beware of the ammo you carry. Anyting other than FMJ can and usually is deemed more lethal and gives the victims case more weight! So, all those nice silver tips and hollow points that are guarenteed to "bring em down" can bring you down!
