Been waiting for my shoulder to heal from surgery and yesterday was the day. Big thanks out to Ripsher who took the afternoon to drive to the house and help me pop the plenum for the first time. Car has 19,250 miles with original injectors, well had original injectors. Replaced the with FIC new stainless steel and got the gaskets from Gerry.
After we were done took it for a test drive and the Beast was alive. Came back and took a ride in Ripsher's Beast. He has a few more hp than me and he knows how to drive it hard. Was pegging 7 grand and slapping gears.
Definitely a good day.

How did you decide which injectors to buy? Flow tested? Price? Source?
I need to do the same soon, that's why I'm asking. Any tips?

Just followed the strings on the discussion board.
I only heard good comments on the NEW stainless steel FIC injectors.
Wanted a direct replacement, reliable and stock appearing.
So far so good.

I agree 100% I bought the SS ones and no issues.
Plus FIC is a supporter of the club.....
FIC does suport the rebuilt ones, but who wants to uninstall / reinstall injectors? (there have been issues and they will send replacements fast)

It was my pleasure Erv. We will have to hook up one more time before your company ships you back to California. Maybe hit one of the car shows.:icon_thum
