Ok so I am close to finishing the car...right now I have a few issues I need help with

*The engine Idle is about 1100(will adjust the TPS tonight)
*feels like it has low power
*shutters/shakes when is gear trying to move
*sounds like a loud sewing machine up near the plenum(Most important issue)

NOW:

Heres what I have done

*New wires
*New injectors
*Top end rebuild/new crank bearings
*New chains/tensioners/strips/sparkplugs
*NEW REBUILT FIC INJECTORS
***NOTE: I have pulled all the secondaries/vacuum and I am CURRENTLY using the old chip that just has mods for the exhaust/fan temp)NO changes for the secondary removal!!!****

OK so here are the vitals

oil pressure good at about 40 psi at idle
water temp is good(fans coming on at 180/190)
water flowing through the plenum
oil temp low
revves good(when the TPS doesnt stick)(NO misses or backfiring.sputtering ect)
high amount of emmisions in the air(Headers/OBX exhaust maybe)
Sparkplugs look good)have pics!
possible exhaust leak(will look tonight)
does run and drive slowly(parking lot)(not pushing it, just in case)
WILL NOT SHUT OFF WHEN THE AIRHORN IS BLOCKED!!

I have a full length video for those who may be able to diagnose it...

Please let me know!!:cry::dontknow:

I would wait before proceeding much further. A vacuum leak could cause some of you problems so I wouldnt touch the TPS with out some more investigation. Some injector noise under the plenum is normal however this may or may not be what you are hearing...

I would dig into the service manual and then call one of our tuner's as well. Its hard to troubleshoot when multiple items have been removed and replaced... Or when your not quite finished with the install.

Did you install a Fidanza FW and new clutch or re-install the old DM FW and stock clutch?

Hey Rich,..No I didnt buy a new clutch, but that doesnt mean its stock..I know the flywheeel was stock..weight a million pounds!...but the stuttering under power might just be my clutch useage or the slave needing servicing...not sure....

OK, I had issues with my Fidanza / Spec clutch with that same symptom, never found the root cause, replaced both. I also replaced both master and slave cylinders on my car, now it works great!

I would say you probably need to look at the clutch master/slave, try re-bleeding.
