Are you sure its your ECM?
CODE 34
Trouble Code 34 indicates that the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor is detecting unusually high vacuum in the manifold.
Possible causes include:
1. Faulty MAP-to-ECM connection
2. Defective MAP sensor
3. Defective ECM
- Have you ruled out items 1 & 2?
- Does it pass the self-test on power up (if when you pull the codes with a paperclip on the ALDL you get the flashing 1,2 three times - I believe this means the ECM self-test has passed)
- ECM's are not that common to find ( I may be in the market for one myself...)

THANKS gbmidyear.
The code 34 Im getting is not from the SERVICE ENGINE SOON. It is set in the LTPWS which the code 34 is the left rear tire. I cant get the ECM to clear that code no matter what I do to clear it. It seems to be in permanent memory. I can't understand why. I thought I would try a new ECM if I can find one.

I don't think your issue is with the ECM, the LPTWS systrem has its own conrol module which you can reset.
I believe you can clear the LPTWS codes by grounding pins on the ADLC (under dash in front of driver) terminal 6 to 5, three times in ten seconds (with ignition ON, car not running).
The control module should confirm that its memory has been cleared by lighting both the "L0W/FLAT TIRE" and "SERVICE LTPWS" lamps at the same time.

You need to deal w the CCM not the ECM.
