I know many people are deleting secondaries these days, but if you are in search of a new canister, I have located one at a ford dealer in south carolina (supposedly the last non aftermarket unit available). I have done some more research and found one at napa that looks identical and have ordered one, so will know for sure by next week. It is napa part #21013 and has 3/16 connectors and outside diameter of 2-31/32". Best part is that it is only $9.99 + shipping in my case. I was told there are 7 in virginia whse. I will check back with results when it arrives. This canister was originally a vacuum canister for hvac on a 76 or 77 Ford f-150.

Great info! I believe this is a correct part. For $9.99, I will order one and hold onto it.

Thank you!

I don't think there's likely to be anything 'special' about either the vacuum pump nor the canister. Any pump could be used, provided you are willing to modify the wiring harness to plug in to the different pump. As for the canister, I think it's more about being able to be mounted below the plenum. If it fits, and mounts, then it should work!

99 to 2007 Ford diesel trucks, with cruise control use the same vacuum pump with a different electrical connector. Same for Dodge diesel trucks mid 90s to 2001. Check the wrecking yards.

A Kodiak truck has the same Vacuum pump same connector for 1991-1995 the 1990 is different.
I don't have the part # handy but if you do a search you'll find it.

As Pete states, the vacuum pump is plug & play for '91 to '95, I have one on my car right now.

I received the canister and just cant find a single thing different about it. Even the part number that is stamped on the unit is the same.
