SO,..the heads are @ C&C machine in Manassas,...

And I thought since I have ripped the entire system, down to the last screw of the secondaries..I would offer them to the highest bidder !!!

Anyway I am ordering a A$$ load of stuff from Haibeck and Jerrys as well as some other sources,...

Here's what were loading into the Z:

Headers
all new gaskets
Haibeck chip(when ready)for the secondary delete
Samco rubbers
new timing chains (primary and secondary)
all tensioners
Heads ported to 36mm
new exhaust
4:10's
ect(too much to list..

Anyway, I thought I would give a few Ideas on a few things:

Secondary butter flies and shafts removal:

uses the right torx bit, they will all come out with enough pressure( i used a electric drill. no problem,

The shafts I used a small flat head screwdriver and popped them out by layin the flat head against the inside of the shaft and used one medium hit with a hammer and they came right out!,...

I will be happy to lay out any information i can just let me know!...

Thats either a Black Widow wrinkle finish block or you had a massive amount of oil leaking.

Judging by the "After" picture, it was just oil and road grime.

If I had to go that far with my motor I'd seriously consider a 368 build or better.

If I knew what they were worth or If I'd ever need them, I'd see what I could do..:)
It looks like you're having fun, wish I was there to help..
