Here I go thinking again. LOL
What is the cost to do a TT LT5????
My first ride in a ZR-1 was in Will's TT 95. More than awesome..........

nothing, LPE won't build anymore. I've heard they signed a contract stating they won't do anymore but that could just be ********. Either way, many have tried, none have succeeded

Aaron Scott at SGC will build you a TT. Give him a call.

Does that thing even run?
Never seen it run.
Brett if your gonna do a TT LT5 i would do it the right way,get rid of the stock ECM,closed deck.
Turbos have there issues not as glamarous as they seem.
LT5 is not cost effective your better off doing a SBC.

Aaron actually built two (2) TT ZR-1's. The dyno sheet is in the photos of the 2011 SGC Gathering photos.
I don't think you'll find Aaron willing to build any more.

LOL
I'm not super serious about a TT. I was just curious what the cost would be to do it. It takes a lot of $$ to get HP, as everyone knows. I'll probably build a stroker before it's over with. It will be a while though.

what about Raptor.....Ron Handlesmann (sp) I may have spelled it wrong. Here's the scoop of what I remember:
he did a low comp build for turbos. It had 300 to 500+ lbs/ft, min reading, from about 3k all the way across till like 6k or maybe 5.5k. You should have seen the graph. Man it was just a thing of beauty. A real stump puller! The chip wasn't even finalized on the pull.
I'll go look around and maybe I can find the thread.

Its the torque that really distinguishes the forced induction route for power.

4 PSI not much boost, need to ring the heads or the liner like the Ferrari guys at Norwood do it....

I live 15 min from Will and have not gotten a ride in the 385 TT. Its still at his ranch and he hasn't brought it back down to Houston. His LPE 415 is here though. Brett your lucky to have had a ride in it. Im jealous.

Will was gracious enough to offer me a ride in the TT. We had just met that weekend. I had my Morrison #99 on display. That was 2009. That TT was wicked fast. My first ZR-1 ride. I'll never forget it......

Just had to say it twice to make sure you know I agree.
These motors are very special and make enough reliable power as they are for what they are...you will come out way ahead capitalizing on what they are capable of and using that capability to it's fullest...I know... I have, and it was more than I had the balls for.

I won't do a TT. I'm probably going to make Pete rich enough, the way it is. hahahahahaha
This 90 was gutted of components. Collecting parts has been $$$$. Now, just making it a reliable runner won't be cheap. Just remember though, THE FUN'S IN THE BUILD!!!!!!

Yes Ben! That be Ron's venture. He did a purpose built LT5 w/lowered comp and bigger inches in his own ZR-1 and the sheet had some very note worthy numbers.

I have 9 sets of nearly completed, mandrel bent SS piping for the Raptor ZR-1 TT system. For sale with jigs & fixtures.
May as well mention; also 17 sets of LT1/4 Single turbo, rear mount mandrel bent SS piping, with fixtures & jigs. I'll have to look for the dyno sheet to post it, but it did over 600 RWtq with 14#. Drives like a stocker & get 21+mpg on the highway. Drove it to Corey's for tune & back to OKC.

Well...... you know what they say, candy is dandy but liquor is quicker. You may end up with the turbos where the headlights used to be for ram charged, cold air inlet!
Might could do that if/when I ever get the shop built.
