Price is uber-high for a fairly high mile car with potentially very expensive FX3 problems.
No offense intended to the PO of the car who's a member here.
I'm sure it's a good car, but quite honestly the market has tanked and this car could wind up costing the new owner $$$ to get the ride control light to go out.
Lower mile cars with no check lights lit are readily available, and some even cheaper than the listing price of this car.
The easiest, cheapest way to get the bulb to go out would be to remove the offending bulb from the DIS, but would still store codes in the ECM/BCM.
Might make it difficult come SMOG time, lord knows what goofy shite the SMOG nazis would fail you for.
This example is more inline with "damaged goods":

My thoughts exactly, The only benefit is there is no pollution testing in Michigan. I offered them 9500,00.00 out the door "as is". I figured it could be a driver until it needed a big displacement engine.

a ride control fault light won't fail the emissions test in Cali. But yes, the FX3 can be as little as a $400 shock rebuild up to having to replace everything for $$$ or pulling the bulb and running regular shocks (also $$$).
If you took $1500-$2000 off for tires and suspension repair, it might be a good ride for somebody who knows C4's.

It would be a great driver for about 10k. It is at a Chevrolet dealer so why wouldn't they fix the Suspension? The reason is it probably needs an entire rebuild which would add another 2K to the price tag.
I love dealerships that have no clue what they have or what it is worth.

it says the changed the shocks...so who knows what's going on. i know that if the car is started 3 times without being driven the src light comes on and all you have to do is drive it

I "drove it" for three years and the light was always on. We thought originally it was the front right shock that was the problem, but that didn't cure it. It is a nice driver, I just think the dealer is at the point that if they invest more, they won't get it back. JMHO.
