How is the EGR tube disconnected from the exhaust manifold on the passenger side of a 94? Description please. What is this V Clamp I am supposed to not damage, and how do I not damage it? I seem to wreck everything during disassembly.

Sorry, this clamp cannot be saved.
If you really need to have one Jerry can get you one.

I'm not sure how else to hold on that EGR tube.

In my case I had Marc turn off the EGR when I had him reprogram the chip to compensate for the headers and blocked off the air tube from the header.

If you don't already have one, I'd suggest you get a replacement dipstick tube seal as well: http://jerrysgaskets.com/store2/root/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=40

That's what I did as well. Carter makes a very nice EGR delete plate.

I don't think that is the right one. It should only have a crimp spot on one side.

Here is one from Ecklers that looks like mine....but they say it is for an 86-92. Do y'all think there is a difference?

To remove it just bend it open with a hammer and long handled punch or chisel (or your least favorite long screwdriver).
If your right header came with a EGR connection tube you can connect the EGR flex line back up to it. If you need it clamps, high-temp silicon hose and other stuff can be found here http://www.pciinc.com/

I just went with the one from Jerry...i hope to squeeze it on one side, spin it and then squeeze it again. That way I won't be paying for shipping from him for my gaskets and ecklers for a part I'm not sure will fit and is twice as much anyway.
