As I was sitting in Coreys office Bob Hall comes in and pats me on the back. I said you've got to give me a ride in you car. He said let's go. I can say without a doubt that it is the fastest car of any kind I've ever been in in my entire life. It pulls so hard and my knees would bounce off the dash with every shift. He said it makes 527rwhp and I believe it.

Gotta love Bob. Great guy. He's one of the many people that I head to BG too see every year. And it's well worth the trip.
And that car is just perfection , by CH !

Also Paul Smith showed up with his white monster. We could hear that car coming before we saw it. Will Barrett also showed up with his beautiful girlfriend in the 415 Aerobody. It was a smaller gathering than previous ones but was actually the most fun one I've attended. Glenn and Marrys BBQ is always excellent and Corey is always such a gracious host. I also can't forget to mention meeting "Tuband" George Jones from Georgia. Great guy and looks just like sergeant Gunny from full metal jacket. Im not kidding either. Friday night I didnt leave Glenn and Marrys house until 2:30 in the morning but time flies when your having fun.

Hey, I enjoyed seeing old friends and meeting new friends during my "brief" visit in Texas. Sorry I missed out on the "ride of a lifetime" ... I know that had to be terrific. Made it back home about midnight Sat. night ... gotta love those airport layovers. Could have made it home sooner if Bob had loaned me his car.

Will Barrett took me for a ride back in 2009 at BG in his twin turbo. That thing was scarey fast. Loved it! The most powerful car I've ever been in.

Thats what I really wanted was a ride in Will TT 385 but he showed up sat at Coreys when everybody was headed over to Glenns house. But thats ok. Getting a ride in Bobs car was plenty awesome. Number one Bobs car is beautiful and loud. You really have to raise your voice to communicate. Sounded mean! And as we are cruising down this hill country road I thought maybe its not really all that fast. SHEET! When he whipped that thing around and head back he just nailed it at about 35mph and I was in shock from the pure violent acceleration with no loss of traction at all. And with the Wilwood brakes it stops on a dime. I leaned over to see how many miles were on the clock. Just a little over 41,000. It's got the best of every performance upgrade you can put on a C4 ZR-1. I love everything about that car. Drool:p I told Bob if he ever decides to sell it we've got to talk. I just have this gut feeling that one day I'm gonna end up with that car. And my gut has never been wrong yet. As you can tell I've got the hots for that car. I knew I shouldn't have gotten into that thing. See what happens Damn it.
