Those that have installed headers...is there a big concern about heat around the slave cylinder. I had to remove the stock heat sheilds when I added headers and could not re-install without cuting them up. Just wondering if the heat from the headers could heat up the fluid in the slave cylinder enough to affect clutch performance?

I don't think it's a big deal as long as there's enough air space between the components. If I recall, I moved the braided steel line away from my headers during install, but I don't think the slave was close enough for me to be worried about. My headers are swain tech coated, I'd think any header coating would be helpful to reduce the risk of nearby components getting hot, but either way, with an air space of a couple of inches (?) it shouldn't matter much.
