I still can't fix this dilema. I want everything to work on this car and this is the last fix i have. thats of course until something else may break

It sets if you start the engine 3 times without any VSS signal to the FX3 controller. you could pull the battery lead if you don't have a tech1 scanner to clear it for you.
if you have a good speed signal to the fx3- it should work, otherwise maybe you will have to replace the shock computer (or at least see if the speed signal makes it to it).

just pull the ground cable off of your battery. That resets everything...including the clock and radio presets (unfortunately).
The FX3 control is independent of the BCM or the engine ecm. It doesn't have high level diagnostics or serial data- just a pin that gets grounded that flashes the light on the display for the selective ride. The factory tech1a can clear it, but if you get a spee signal to it, it should clear itself.

look behind the driver's seat to find the controller (in the storage bin w the abs stuff). Inspect the plug and cabling. Maybe re-seat it.
other than that, you need to consult the factory manual and get somebody who knows how to use an oscilloscope of logic probe (or even a multi-meter with a freq counter) to verify the presense of the VSS signal.
you might be able to do a little up front, quick and dirty parts swapping if you can borrow a known good fx3 controller from somebody else (or swap yours into a known good car).
Are you sure you have the shock actuator installed correctly and they all work? no codes for those?
