I think it really depends on when you buy, more than where. For instance, I bought my system from T Byrne http://www.tbyrnemotorsports.com/ and got in on a group buy. However, their prices are apparently not competitive according to some who tried to buy without the group purchase. I'd give them a ring and see if they will be having a group buy soon.

Yes the 749.99 is a base price you have to add 149.99 plus shipping.
