This fall/winter I plan on replacing my A pillar weatherstripping again. Did this two years ago but the OEM replacement looks worse now than the original I replaced. Last time I did a how to do this with pics that I will do again so Cliff can capture the photos.
What else are you all doing this fall/winter? Any mods? GC

planning on replacing carpet, door panels and moldings on the 93 quazar blue. Marc Haibec has a set of heads and a plenum he is porting this summer. He will replace the stock ones on my 95 this winter. Also planning on installing C-5 brakes on the 95 this winter.

Sounds like a lot of great projects.

I have a set of H4 Lamps (bought off CF advertised as Hella, but are the Autopal brand) So I need to install those.
I also will replace my A pillar WS, I have then new piece already from Keen Parts (Latex)
Might swap out the exhaust resonator to see if I can change the sound a bit.
I had a Web Electric DRL in the car, but I had it mounted where in a spot that got wet, so I got a replacement and might reinstall that too.
If I get motivated I will change the way my aftermarket sound system is in the cargo area and add the X-over to make all the speaker have their own channel off the amps. Along with this I might swap in the 8s in place of my 6.5 in the back.
I think that is it

What are you going to try? I have a Spare Corsa resonator if you just want to give it a try

I have ths mod too. I love it. I bet they would replace it for free if you ask. It is susposed to be mounted upside down. Mine is tucked in next to the nose

I have Corsa, I like the no drone, but not the raspy sound.. I want to try a LT4 resonator (which I have)

Yeah I got it replaced Free of Charge.. Wire end needs to be pointing down, I had it next to the headlight Module, but it was sideways.. I will reinstall it but want to get a crimper and Weatherpak connectors for it.

I might experiment with a turbo muffler on my Corsa pipes- maybe just paint them black to be like oem.
First I will probably renew my search for a standard targa lid in good condition since all I got with mine was the clear one.

I'm considering
a gear for the differential - 409 Viper gear
and new Nittos
get a laptop and Tunerpro w/ appropriate interfaces and get up to speed on tuning these beasts...(I love Marc's chip, but it is a curiosity thing and I have a spare chip to play with.;))
Weather stripping, maybe
new carpet on the doors and redoux the sill panel carpeting on the speakers (the "kit" didn't come with separate speaker covers - have to roll my own.)
If I get that done, that would be a lot (for me).

Paul,
What have you found for weatherstripping replacement?
not Paul, BUT
I have tried, Lonestar Weatherstripping (found on eBay), don't use it.. it is too hard
I currently have Melrose T-Top (their targa replacement pieces are great) the A and B they get from somewhere, while better, still not OEM soft
The Keen Parts A pillar I have feels like OEM, but I have yet to install
for the hatch I but an aftermarket piece from eBay works great
For the Doors I have OEM GM stuff
Hope that helps

I want to buy an X pipe and get AM cats installed after I pass my emissions and inspection in the upcoming weeks. The OEM exhaust manifolds and air pump stuff will come back off for 2-3 years until the next testing unless I can sneak by. I have to get those headers back on.........
Also looking to get pillar dual gauge pod and with fuel pressure and A/F ratio gauges mounted.

Paul,
What have you found for weatherstripping replacement?
Haven't decided on which one to try. The stuff Dave displayed at Bowling Green was very nice, and about 2/3 the $. (Let's ask Dave Johnson)

I'm buying that A pillar around the windshield from keen parts.... Seems as close to OEM and not paying the OEM price.
