I noticed my fisrt oil spot on the garage floor and took a look at the oil pan,you can almost see it through all the oil caked on the sides.[-X.So my question is can I just torque down the bolts or is the gasket shot once oil has seeped past the seal.I know what Ill be doing next weekend, better stock up on alot of rags and degreaser.I think Ill try an orange based degreaser if I can find one.

The front bolts are nearly impossible to get at to tighten up unless you remove the "K" brackets.
There's one on each side and although they look like they are attached to the engine mount they are not.
The engine will not drop out if you remove them.
Maybe.
At least mine didn't.
I think.
