I just got the OEM rear hatch weather strip for my car and cant believe what this is contained in.Honestly it in an aluminum foil type bag 4 feet by 4 feet square. This thing looks like it came from NASA.What is the story behind this packaging,is it to keep the rubber from aging?Ive bought countless parts from G.M. over the years and packaging a part correctly has never been one of their best qualities.

Both the A pillar and B piller weatherstrips came in the same type of packaging. This is an alien technology gained from Roswell crash which was "claimed" to be a weather baloon.:eusa_shhh
