Anyone else having issues loading this forum lately?
Lately, I've been having a lot of trouble with not being able to load it, and "website taking too long to respond" messages coming up. Usually happens later at night like around say 10-12pm (just last night around that time it happened, when I was trying to post an update), sometime other times too.
I know it's not my computer because other websites work fine when that happens. Is the website being worked on or something?
Nothing more annoying than websites that refuse to load...

Yes, the last two days I've had some serious lag and/or failing to load.

Several days ago I was getting a lot of database errors from this site. Not sure why. Since then I haven't seen any further errors so I'm assuming it was something on the providers end and hope all is ok again.

I tried everything including Formating my hard drive on one computer and reinstalling a newer version of WINDOWS. As well as disconnecting my router and going directly through the modem. See my post # 3 above ;)
This detective work also included having a Forum Moderator check if my specific IP address was blocked which he said it wasn't :D
It appears that it all has to do with a specific IP address which appears has everything to do with this Web Site. I say Appears because all of a sudden my CLEARWIRE ISP with that non workable IP address (for this Forum ONLY) starting working again after three of four days :icon_scra
I have to get an IPhone :p

You are working now because I got your ip address unblocked last night. Our provider had your ip address blocked for too many connects. So you are all set again.

Dave sent them what I thought was your ip address and they said it wasn't blocked. Just to make sure I had the right one send me your ip address so I can double check.

That ip is likely for my iPhone. When I get home later, I'll send you my ip
Thanks!

Did they mention what the limit or rate that they consider "too many" is? Can this happen if you browse the forum like a maniac?

Dave
I emailed you my ip
I'm concerned that other people are having issues and just giving up. Maybe they aren't frequent users and figure our site / forum went away?
Hmmmmmmmmm

I did contact my ISP with your ip address and they said it wasn't blocked. Wish I knew what was happening. Maybe if I had the exact error message?

I emailed it to you. Please respond to 78fxe@colemantx.com during the week as I'm back at my casa now. The issue is with the wifes computer. I had no problem until about a month ago then I could NOT get to the forum. I can still check things like parts for sale but NO forum.......
