Also is that someone's garage or shop, that's a huge garage.

Phil, in that department, the team was unsuccessful  (Sorry I let WAZOO down). We only got 30, but Stage 8 bolts were not used for this job, so my custom header wrench was useless. It also took half the time leaving that bolt out on each side.
Ted, Yun did turn some wrenches even in his fancy duds!!!

 I have a bad case of 'garage/shop envy' ... see I'm green with it.
No kidding that is a nice garage/work shop.
I was trying to figure out if that whole exhaust system was chrome, that is sweet!
A question for you guys. I looked at my OEM exhaust manifolds, once, and the factory didn't get near all the bolts in all the holes. Is this a critical thing to keep in mind when installing headers on an LT5?
TIA

Tom,
Not critical however, an achievement one can take some pride in having faced the challenge and prevailed spite of the difficulty involved. Plus gives you somthing to brag about to all the guys who couldn't get all 32 screwed in.

I'm with you Tom, I thought I was looking at chrome, too. The shine on that exhaust system is amazing. I look up at mine now in disgust.

Okay guys....that's paint on that exhaust system!?!? Not ceramic coating? Or not just the stainless steel polished to a very, very high degree of finish?
I know you Yun.....are you being a bit tongue in cheek with me?:p
Seriously that is highly ( RICKYRJ1 polishing standards ) polished stainless steel, right?
You can tell me, it's okay really, I will not tell anyone your secrets....besides I live in NYS & have to pass smog. So my system will have coated cats along w/ the headers done by SWAIN-Tech in their most effective but decidedly fugly off white/gray & A.I.R. plumbing installed. My system will not be a show stopper like that system, it will be the nadir to that zenith! :sign10:

Hey, Tom,
Exhaust is polished SS. My joke was regarding 2 header bolts that are near impossible to get in position and fasten. We joke about cutting the threads off and gluing them on to the flange.
