What do these things go for? I can't seem to find the receipt for them, but seem to recall it was around $100 new. Is that right? No one seems to sell them anymore.

If you're planning to sell yours I would be interested, Bob. I will send you a PM.

Hey Scott, I am thinking of selling it. I got your PM. I have trimmed it, because the fit of them leaves something to be desired. In fact, that's the only reason I don't use it now.

I would be hesitant to ship it to you, because I have trimmed it, and you may not be happy with it. I'd prefer to sell it locally to someone who can try it out first. But let me think about it.

Oh, and it is black. It also has a "ZR-1" sticker on it, though it could be removed or simply installed with it facing down.

You can see a picture here, plus the fairly poor fit top vs bottom on the stock airbox:

Thanks Bob. Probably a good idea then just to keep it local as you stated.

I guess I'll just wait until GC or Rick sells me their Coplan Air Blaster and I'll buy a new intake duct.

Thanks for taking the time to post the pic - looks good to me!

Bob the bad thing about the Samco intake hose is they ALL have to cut in order to get them to fit. This one looks good.

Yes they do. They make them when you place your order. Give Garrett a call!

Ok, thanks for the price feedback guys!

I figured whatever they went for, 1/2 of that would seem reasonable for one that is already cut? So I'm thinking like $75.

Scott, I hope it doesn't seem like I'm shafting you out of the opportunity to get one. I just know when I bought it, I was quite disappointed with the fit of it. I don't want to pass that feeling on to someone else. It may be no one around here wants one anyway, though, and maybe we can figure out some way where you can try it without either of us being out a lot on shipping costs.

Not at all Bob. I totally understand your position and imagine one of the WAZOO brothers will jump on a good deal.

Maybe I missed it, but why are you getting rid of it?

Maybe I missed it, but why are you getting rid of it?

Because it's just sitting in a box in my basement. I was not happy with the fit of it, and prefer the stock duct due to the fit and also flexibility. I bought some Marc H. duct hoops and am quite happy with that solution.
