Looks German.

Yup... German. It's a company called "WAMZ F&R Weber" in Bueren, Germany (near Dortmund) in North Central Germany. By brothers Friedel and Raimund Weber.

Looks like it's run by enthusiasts, probably part time. They don't give alot of information about the business, looks like they've been in business since 2005. Their stuff is expensive but have some intersting things.

That's Raimund Weber. I sold him a vaccum pump in December 2008. Swapped a few emails with him.
