Got em. Grip is great but getting them to turn a good roadforce # has been another story.

I agree. Good tire with lot's of grip, but hard to get a good balance on them. Also, they really don't like cold weather or rain.

Are they worth to buy new never used $200 for 2 fronts.
That would really suck if they don't balance good.
Rain i don't mind since i drive mostly on dry days.

$200 for both fronts? Yes, I'd say that's worth it.

What are you going to use for rears? Those are the tough ones to find. Btw I paid 250 ish each for my fronts.

For the rears i use BFG Drag Radials.
I like the look of the KD tires.
I don't Road Race just street driving and some Drag Racing.

Yeah I'd grab em. If they balance out I think you'll be happy.

I'd suggest checking the date code, I think it's been a while since these were made, unless they brought them back out. Watch for signs of dry rot, and don't expect ultimate grip from any tire that's more than a few years old. Rubber hardens with time and storage conditions.

I love these tires. Call me strange, but I like the plain no-nonsense sidewall. Very clean design.

dave Bright used to have these in the ZR1 Store on the Registry site. He was selling the fronts and rears for awhile and the rears became non-available and I see the fronts are no longer there either. You could send him a PM and see if he has a couple left and just gave up trying to sell them. Might get a better price if he still has a couple.
