Heater control

My heater will not turn off. Hot air keeps blowing out with the temperature control set to cold. I have a manual air conditioner. Has anyone had to check there temperature control cable? Can you see it if you remove the glove compartment?

Rich according to the Helm's book the cable is not acessed thru the glove box, the center waterfall has to come apart. Heater control head, radio and the right side instrument panel sound insulator all come out to see the cable.

Ofcourse the center trim stuff has to come off first. Good luck:thumbsup:
