Well, boys and girly's, i've pretty much had it, with being size of a Buick.
So I am embarking on a challenge, I've started a diet, excercise program.
I figure it will be like adding 10 or 12 hp. driving the ZR1 this next May.
I will keep you posted, if the program works, and if it doesn't, i will slink off into a corner and eat a donut......that is all

Hey Kieth! I'm 6' tall and at one time I was tipping the scales at 289lbs size 44 waist jeans. I got tired of not being able to bend over and tie my shoes and wearing fat boy jeans. In one year I went from 289 to 187lbs and size 34 waist jeans. I limited my intake to 1200 calories a day 6 small meals a day and lost 60lbs with no working out at all. But then I reached that platau where no more wieght was coming off. So I joined the gym and lost another 42lbs. It can be done. All depends on how bad you want it. And I did it with no help from wieght watchers or any program like that.

Hey Keith,
That is awesome and you're on your way. As long as there is progress that is good stuff. I have been losing so I'm trying to gain back a few.
Sorry, there won't be any more Gatherings for me for awhile unless I move to CONUS. It sucks if you don't have a Z to go to these events even though I had the opportunity to hang out with you. We have pizza and beer in Hawaii so you're all set if you visit. Just don't post any photos of you in a g-string....................

First off, i'm still fatter than the town dog, that being said,
i'm doin pretty well on my self inflicted starvation quest.
I went on weight watchers for a week, and lost 5 lbs. so, started at
234 lbs. not bad if i had weighed my car with me.
after a week...229 lb.
Started the HCG diet, with a very low calorie diet.
after 10 days on the HCG diet, i have lost more lbs.
down to 219 as of this morning, so...15 lbs, in 17 days.
I ran over a road kill possum yesterday, had thoughts, of turning around scraping it up and Barbque on the side of the road.
No Beer for me for 17 days ....... only 30 more days

Keith, 234 pounds isn`t so bad. A man shouldn`t have to suffer this way. All this just to tie your shoes? :dontknow: Go out and eat some doughnuts and ice cream. Eat, drink and be merry.

Greetings, Earthlings, well, i bet u guys think i crawled off into the corner with a dozen Crispy Creams, NOT
i'm hangin in there....i have not had a cold beer in 35 days.
I got a message on my voicemail from Adolphos Busch this week, it seems Budweiser sales are down.
When I now step on the scales, it does NOT say one at a time anymore.
that's good news, bad news is a could eat the *** end out of an Elephant.
I have 10 more days, of the HCG diet, i accidently knocked the bottle off my desk and it broke, I lost 2 days before i could get it replaced, i did not gain anything, but i didn't lose those days either.
I hope to at least lose another 5 lbs. before the HCG is over for this go around, then i go on 21 days of adding calories to my diet, along with weight watchers and the gym.
As of this morning, I'm down to ....(drum roll please) 204 lbs.
My goal of 180 is becoming a possibility, America the next time u see me.
I'll still be fat, just NOT as fat.
That is all.

Keith, At one time I was up to 275. My daughters got on my case & I lost 75 pounds. They told me they want me stay around so they can spend my bonus money :-D. Being single I ask want about the women bothering me? Their reply was they got that handle. It is nice not carrying that extra person.

IT'S OVER......my self inflicted diet, has come to a conclusion.
I'm now on what they call maintenance..for 21 days.
I should lost about 2 lbs. per week for the next three weeks.
I now weigh 202 lbs. I plan on weighing somewhere around
180 lbs.....for the gathering in May.
