Does anyone know of.... anyone.. who makes heavy duty lifters for the LT5? and what are the specs on the valves IE what size for intake and exhaust, the length and stem size. thanks.

I don't think there are any "heavy duty" lifters. I would stick with the stock GM lifters. I have a set if you need them.
