Seems Paul Dehnert was a very well known member of the ZR-1 community. Would it be appropriate for the Registry to buy a brick in his name? If so, I would make a motion for the Board to consider that at the next meeting they have.

Thanks

Great idea John :saluting:

Thanks, I sent PM's to the current board members. This might one of the first things the new board could consider though.

Great Idea, John, you never cease to amaze me with your thoughtfulness,
and insight, AND, what with you're somewhat limited resources
you truly are quite remarkable.....LOL :-D

This idea was actually Dennis's. We talked the other night and he mentioned it, so if it goes, Dennis would be the one that should be credited.

We also lost Bud Meredith a few weeks before Paul's death. Bud had been battling cancer for several years and owned a black/grey 91 in addition to several older Corvettes. He and his wife Donna were regular attendees of our annual BBQs and were also well known in the Houston Corvette scene.

I mention this so the leadership is aware that deceased ZRoners other than Paul Dehnert also deserve our recognition.

Maybe we should buy the next size up every year to memorialize those that leave us?
