Can we get the homepage updated? http://zr1registry.com/

I've been trying get it updated since June and it would only take about 5 minutes to fix.

Some stuff relates to 2009 and most relates to over 5/6 months ago?

I think it would be nice to have a Multi-Media / Web-Site Editor position on the board.

I also think it would make sense to budget some of the registry's $$$ for the online forum in regards to improvements/ updates by a web designer. A site along the lines of the Grandsport Registry.

I'd be interested in all 2011 candidates opinions on these matters?

The website is critical as its where we all come to communicate and get information. I also think we could get more members with a better website and/or more dues.

At this point, I'm slammed, I don't know what 2011 will bring for me.

From what I am seeing from responses right now, members running for office and existing members feel everything is good as is.

I was not simply meaning an online editor, I meant taking it to the next level.

My expertise is in marketing and I do a ton of stuff in the way of electronic marketing, social media, websites etc, presentations etc.

A web designer could overhaul the site fairly easily and put a nice flash intro on our site or at a minimum a cool splash page.

Just simple updating of information would be a plus. Even making a 6-10 moderator team would help to organize threads etc.
