I do not have a photo of this piece yet but am in search of the name and part number for it.
Its the rubber piece that is 2 sided and attaches to the rear of the throttle body on the drivers side where the metal PCV line goes into. It is an inner connector between that metal line and the metal port on the intake. 2 holes on each side. I do not know where the plastic line comes from but it attaches right next to it.
I do not know any better way to describe it and the Vette is not in front of me at the moment.
Any help is appreciated. BTW it's a 1990 Z

When my piece broke I just made two separate hoses and works just fine.

Ahhhaaa yes, the infamous '90 "One Year Wonder" PCV connector, made of nearly 100% pure Bowling Green Unobtanium.
It was such a bad design GM re-engineered the connection as soon as they could.
As far as I know, the only place you can get a new one is from Jeff Flint,

Tell "Jeffie" that "The Crab Man" sent ya, he's been busy out of town for the last couple of months, but he does answer his emails and phone messages.
If you're handy and not a NCRS kind of guy, it wouldn't be all that difficult to throw it out the garage window and McGuyver a connection that will actually hold a vacuum for longer than a couple of seconds.

Only one of the 4 connections is plastic so I think I will silicone the plastic tube to a rubber vac line and rubberize the rest of them. I am diving back into it today...Plenum pull #2

Was this situation cleared up? Any other Northerners have this issue with this vendor?

Not cleared up. Been ongoing for over a year, despite numerous emails and PMs.

Jeff does have a few of these left and if you get in a bind, I have a couple extra too but it sounds like you are good to go.

I ended up using silicone to secure them for moment until a more permanent solution is implemented. We are still trying to "fix" the car and solve all of her issues. Full write up to follow.
