Driving around today I saw a red 90 with a "90 ZR-1" virgina plate today in fairfax sitting outside of a mechanics shop on draper drive....Is this anyones car here? stock wheels, good lookin car

Could have been Rich (Scrrem).

Did it have A-Molds? If so, that was him.


Also could have been Bob Saveland (Aurora40) and maybe Keith (RedSled90).

Wasn't me. :) Keith has salad shooters and that plate, but he has a Maryland plate.

I've seen this red Z on a couple of occasions myself though briefly traveling in the opposite direction and the driver is not a WAZOO guy. Its a 90 so when I first spot it I'm expecting to see either brother Michael, Bob or Rich at the helm. Next time I will try to track him down to see who he is.

Yes, the rainbow is the standard issue plate. It seems we have rainbows daily with the sunshine and ocassional showers.

Is this a special plate? I have seen Virginia plates but never one like this. Looks like fall maples leaves?

Virginia has a ton of plate styles. That one is the "scenic autumn" one. Presumably they'd be leaves from the flowering Dogwood, the state tree, but they don't look like it.

this car had the basic white plate. I was going to stop and get the last 4 of the vin but i had other stuff i had to do

This car belongs to a Doctor in Northern Virginia and he's the original owner. I met him one Saturday in the Fairfax area. I believe he ordered a '90 well before production from a NOVA dealer and when it arrived they tried to up "THE ASK" by several thousand $$'s. He "walked" and this car was purchased from another dealer in the area.
