I can try and put together a Group Buy on Samco Hoses for our cars. No prices yet, but thought I would put the feelers out there to see if there is enough interest. I'm looking at probably 10 sets and the clamps would/could be made available too.

(Bottom Line Up Front) BLUF. Yes. Also because it was a hassel to try to keep the "right" color in stock. Last lots the registry had were sold at the BG GTGs over the last year or so.

Hammer suggest you solicit "colors" as well just a thought GC

Also another thought if they could be a little "less proud" of what they sell. One logo per hose is enough. Just saying

222 views of the thread so far and only 14 sets of hoses. Probably not getting too much of a discount on that. We'll see tomorrow.

Having just had an emergency hose-ectomy on a top rad hose (one of the short 90 deg ones) I am curious what hoses would be included, and of course "how much".

This appears to be fizzling out. Only a few have replied. Let's give it until tomorrow and I will call the supplier on Friday and let him know how it's going. I may be able to get just the several sets we have committed.

PS: I think I know why the Registry doesn't keep these anymore.

Went on line and Retail Prices from jobbers and suppliers for the LT-5 hose sets are about the same as what Sanmco gave you, No real deal if we are paying retail for the hose sets directly from Samco.

Cheapest set I found was $182.00 so just $2.00 more then the Samco price. You know the jobbers/retailers are getting much better prices or they would not be selling them for that

This is kinda why I back peddeled.

Thanks for you efforts trying to secure a good price for the net folks, Guess Samco needs to make money to stay in business.

I'm going to pass as well, the price isn't any better than what currently exist on the market today if shopping around. I've been paying around $175.00 inc. shipping for the past 6 months, so was hoping to get them on a group buy for below $150.00.
