It looks to be all one unit with the dimmer thing too. From the manual:

Remove:

negative battery cable
cluster (as described elsewhere)
screws on right of trim plate (they go straight into dash)
screws on trim switch plate (these go in sideways on the left side of the dash)
I/P harnes connector

You should really get the service manual, it's well worth it. Let me know if you need info on removing the cluster.
