A question about powder coating calipers.

I called a place to get a price about powder coating the brake calipers and the guy quoted me a price of $500 for the calipers and the brackets.That seems a bit steep,its been awhile since I had anything powder coated.Does that seem like the going rate?

That's a bit steep, I think I paid around $300 for 4 calipers and 4 brackets a couple of years ago... :dontknow:
