Price question '92 ZR-1

There's a '92 ZR-1 in town for sale at a dealership. 85000 miles on the clock. Paint is fading. Front tires are new but wrokng size. I haven't heard this car run or driven it. They're asking $13,990.00

Others will have a much better idea but my feeling is if you can talk them down to 12 or 12.5k AND everything is in working order (including the radio) than it's a fair price.

I just paid 12k for my 1991 with 78k miles, all original, mechanially eveyrthing but the radio worked although it does need some work on the seats. Mine did come with a 2nd set of tires that are almost new. Once I smoke the existing ones away, I'll put the 2nd set on and be good for two years (hopefully)

Nah - I have a '93 Zr-1 and a '64 vert. enough in the stable right now. I was just suprised that prices have dropped that much
