How about giving me 10% off of the order for the 3 new exhaust valves I bought and paid for 7 weeks ago...you know the ones you have not sent?

How about this...you honor my email request to send me the valves by Friday...that would be today...or refund my money. I just checked PayPay and there is no money from you today...Friday.

Oh...and by the way, I never received the promised phone call to straighten this out. Don't bother calling now.

Word of advice...don't advertise or offer things for sale, unless you actually have them in hand or know where they are.

I formally cancel my order for 3 new exhaust valves and request a full refund. If you will honor your Easter weekend store wide sale of 10% off, I would like to buy 3 new exhaust valves at a 10% discount...if and only if you actually have them and I don't have to wait another 7 weeks.

The only way i can supply that exact part # is by dissmantling a set of heads, i asked you as a last resort if 3 used ones would work, but understand that would be a no.
Ill issue you a credit for the 3 valves on Monday when i get back to work, unless you can put to use the 3 used one?

I've already asked for credit to be given in a email to you last week,...I can wait til Monday.

Used valves are relatively easy to come by, and if I wanted to go the used valve route, I would have. But I wanted new ones and you advertized them for sale, so I placed the order.

Believe it or not I am genuinely sorry if this post impacts your business, but you have many, many, many! things to learn when it comes to customer service. A seven weeks wait trying to get the remainder of my $500+ order filled...two emails sent by me to you...only one of which you replied to. What is wrong with this picture, when it comes to customer service?

You...as well as several others...have provided a great service to the ZR-1/LT5 community when it comes to stepping up and getting parts manufactured, and then offering them up at a group discount price, as well as offering some OEM stuff to forum members at discounts. I for one, have spent many $'s on your parts...discounted as well as non-discounted. My issue with the exhaust valves and your lack of customer service is not an isolated incident, not only from me but other forum members.

Let it be known that my issue is strictly with customer service and has nothing to do with price...to your credit...you accepted my discounted offer on the 3 exhaust valves...you just didn't deliver on the offer.

This will be my last post on this topic, unless you choose to refute or dispute anything I have said.
