I found the Power antenna bracket dangling under the car yesterday..
What Size nuts are used where the mount bracket attaches at the bumper/fender seem
Also what size are the bolts on that go into the bottom of the antenna to hold it to the bracket?

The ones I took off the car, and are sitting on the ramp are 8mm head, 13mm, long and calipers show about 5mm width, 20mm washer.

There's a ground strap at the top and bottom. The top one makes removal a b*tch unless you just rip it off because you have to remove the leftmost taillight to get to it.

On the bottom one, is it sandwiched between the bracket and antenna body? or another bolt?

The bottom strap is bolted to the bracket fastener - but not sandwiched.
The FSM page 9A-21 shows the strap fastened with one of the bottom bracket bolts.

Bottom one runs to a long ground that runs under the spare tire. Top grounds to a bracket near the rear bumper.
