RC Primary and Secondary difference

What's the difference between the primary and secondary? They seem to have the same RC part no but RC tell me there's a difference? (Same Part no for a different part??? :icon_scra)

The tabs are removed. Same part they just remove the tabs for you. Ive had mine for almost three years now. Pricey but very good injectors

I need one to complete a set - the only difference I can see is that there's a 'flange' on the injector end of some. Is that the 'tab'?

Yes they grind those off. That is the only difference between the primary and seconadry set

same part# you let them know if you have if you need early style cutting done.

These are RC Sl4-205s and are called Primary and Secondary with the tabs removed (I think from secondary) as shown by ZR1Vette in his first picture. The tips of the primary and secondary injectors are different as you can see in Polo-1 second picture and in the pictures directly below. I think the primary injectors are on the right in the picture below.

So just to confirm then, the primaries don't have the flange at the injector end? Like this -

The images you show are correct... the secondaries have the 'O' ring attached and the primaries require the 'O' ring seat in the injector housing

Here I am removing the 'O' ring out to replace with a new one>>
