SIR Lights

My inf res and seatbelt lights are on. It coded the 12 followed by 51. Code 51 is teh only code coming up. Could this be the bad ground sensor problem. The manual says code 51 means the DERM is bad, but there is a subsequent xservice bulletin for code 51 which I do not have. Anyone encounter this code 51?Thanks, Bob '90 blk/blk 20k

Here's the fix that seems to have worked for SIR code 51. Jump PIN K to Ground and clear codes as per manual until only code 12 is flashing......then...without turning key off, start the car. This procedure seems to have fixed my problem.
