I've got to make a few small mods to them but for the most part they're done.

Smoke less....more working time.

Rick, those are nice!

A dumb Q....the need for those would be to clear a dropped plenum floor? Sorry, don't mean to be asking about other people's speed secrets....

Blimey,

I could have hooked you up here & saved you a whole bunch of headaches, built them with or without nozzles. Clearance with the hood & allowing fitment for the nozzles was the biggest challenge for us.

The reason Will needed them was because he had someone machine the faces of his plenum and IH housings and they took to much meterial off so his plenum was sitting on his A/C compressor. He tried to grind a little off to make it clear but that wasn't enough. They only take 3 1/2 minutes a piece to machine. But of course programming and set up time takes much longer.

Its a big 50 taper machine. A Puma 5025. There were two other jobs set up on that mill table. I just found an empty spot toward the back of the table and set the spacers up right there. The only thing that sucked was I had to lean way over one of the other jobs to reach the spacers and my shirt was getting soaked with coolant.

Hey Friend

My Mono runner is in the middle of it's work. Getting fixed is more like it,to make it flat and seal again. I might run into the same problem, can I work something out with you if needed.

http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y292/kpie/KevinPietro001.jpgSure. Of course I can't do everything for free. I definitely like to get paid for moonlighting. But Will is a good friend plus I figured he might let me take his 415 for a spin. Just kidding.

would not expect it for free, just knowing you have a set or can cut out a extra set if needed.
