I have a Original press kit for the launch of the ZR-1. The inside front page is dated March 15 1989. It has the outside box and inside binder that has a full set of pictures for a slide projector, as well as 8-10 black and white photos that are 8" by 10".
No idea what this is worth , but seems to be a rare piece. Anyone here have any idea or seen on of these with all the slide pictures still there?

thanks

I have one in the original shrink wrap - bought it at auction in 1995 at the April NCM event and signed by Dave. I don't know how many were produced but the NCM brings a couple out for sale every year in May. Probably worth 200 to 300 bucks.

They typically go $175.00-$250.00.

I have 3 extra sets. They are really cool, not sure why there is not more interest in them. Better then the owners kit in my opinion.

You should also have GM letter and all the Press releases included in your press release. If you don't have that then I'd say $100 for the binder, case, photos and press slides.

Yes, but the B/W photos are pretty cool and the slides are neat to look at just in their case. Also, it comes with a letter from GM and ton of press releases and specs/info on the car. I like it better then the owners box. I don't even ever look at my owners box.

As outdated as slide projectors are they can still serve up a good picture that is only limited by the size of your screen.

As far as value goes i guess they have dropped a bit like the value of the car has in this market. I paid $400 for mine 6 or 7 years ago and it also has Dave Mc Lellans's signature on it. Think I will just keep it for the time being.

I have one that I bought at the NCM event during the ZR-1 event a few years ago. It's a little rough, but I bought it for $40
